1. About BlockerVibe

BlockerVibe is an Android application built by Blithley, a company based in India. It uses Android Accessibility Service to detect and block specific Instagram features including Reels and Explore. BlockerVibe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc. in any way. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms Inc.

2. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using BlockerVibe you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, you have read and understood these terms, and you agree to be bound by them. These terms may change over time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

3. Free tier

The Free tier of BlockerVibe is available at no cost and includes permanent blocking of the Instagram Reels tab and Explore page. The Free tier has no toggle or way to disable blocking — this is intentional by design. Features included in the Free tier may change over time as the app evolves.

4. Pro subscription

BlockerVibe Pro is available as a monthly subscription at ₹99 per month or an annual subscription at ₹500 per year. Pro includes additional features including DMs Only Mode and Daily Candy. A 7 day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers.

All Pro subscriptions are processed and managed through Google Play Billing. Blithley never receives, stores, or processes your payment information directly. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Google Play's policies. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through Google Play.

Pro features and pricing may change over time. Existing subscribers will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.

5. Accessibility Service permission

BlockerVibe requires Android Accessibility Service permission to function. This permission allows the app to detect which Instagram screen is currently active on your device. We use this permission solely for detecting Reels and Explore screens in order to block them. We do not use this permission to read your messages, passwords, photos, or any personal content. All Accessibility Service processing happens locally on your device. No screen content is transmitted to any server.

You can revoke this permission at any time through your Android Settings, which will stop BlockerVibe from functioning.

6. DMs Only Mode

DMs Only Mode is a Pro feature that blocks all Instagram features except Direct Messages for a duration of 2 or 3 days selected by the user. By activating DMs Only Mode you acknowledge and agree that the mode cannot be deactivated or reversed until the selected timer expires. This behaviour is by design. No refunds will be issued based on the activation of DMs Only Mode.

7. Daily Candy

Daily Candy is a Pro feature that provides 15 minutes of unrestricted Instagram access once per calendar day, resetting at midnight. The Daily Candy window cannot be extended beyond 15 minutes and cannot be used more than once per day. These limitations are by design.

8. No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Instagram updates their app regularly. When Instagram changes their user interface, BlockerVibe may temporarily stop blocking certain features until we release an update. We commit to releasing fixes within 48 hours of becoming aware of such issues. We are not liable for any period during which blocking is interrupted due to Instagram updates, Android OS changes, or other factors outside our control.

Clearing app cache, force stopping the app, or disabling Accessibility Service may interrupt BlockerVibe's protection and require manual re-enabling. This is an Android OS behaviour outside our control.

9. Features may change

We may add, modify, or remove features from BlockerVibe over time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. We are not liable for changes to features, provided we give reasonable notice where applicable.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

BlockerVibe is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will work perfectly at all times, that it will be compatible with all Android devices or versions, or that it will continue to work if Instagram or Android make significant changes to their platforms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blithley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BlockerVibe. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
